Zorthian Art

Many historians recognize Jirayr Zorthian as a significant artist of the 20th century. Exactly how significant is subjective and open to debate because he never aggressively promoted himself as an artist, preferring to dedicate his life to transforming the ranch into a work of art and architecture.

His works in the more traditional mediums of drawing and painting speak for themselves and display his masterful skills in composition, drawing, oil and acrylics, pastels, charcoal and ink.

The Zorthian family remains in possession of a large portion of Jirayr’s artwork. We have not at this time made a decision to sell any pieces on the open market. However, since other art forms such as props provide enhancing backdrops for photography and cinematography, we are open to leasing Jirayr’s work for this purpose.

In addition, we also have Giclée prints for sale here.
